Payment Method:
Russo's Tack Shack accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card payment.
We also accept money orders and personal checks. Please Note: when
paying with a personal check, your order will be held until the check
clears (generally 3 banking days). There is a fee for returned checks.
Sales Tax:
New York State residents will be charged Sales Tax.
Return Policy:
Refunds are subject to an 8% Processing Fee. Refunds are processed
within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable
-- we gladly pay shipping on all saddles marked "Free Shipping",
however if a saddle is returned, our shipping charges will be deducted
from your refund or store credit.
We gladly exchange your NEW product, please carefully read this policy
and follow instructions to ensure that you receive proper credit.
Product must be returned within 14 days of date of receipt. Please
carefully package your product and return to us pre-paid and fully
insured. (Product must be insured for its full value). Include a brief
explanation of why you are returning the product and your contact
information. All product must be returned in New Condition - No Hair,
No Dirt, No signs of Wear, and if applicable, warranty tags must be
returned. Any product returned in Unsatisfactory Condition will be
subject to a minimum 20% Re-stocking Fee. All Circle Y Saddles are
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges:
Store Credit is generated in your name for the merchandise you are
returning (less all shipping charges). You may use this credit at time
of return or at a later date.
Shipping damages and shortages:
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep your
merchandise and all packing materials for possible inspection.
Exceptions:
Perishables, closeout items, custom and special orders are not
returnable. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
