Policies and Ordering

Ordering Procedures: You are encouraged to order with confidence from our online catalog. However, if you feel more comfortable ordering by mail or phone, please do so. We Do Not encourage the use of email orders because of potential security issues.

Phone Orders: Within the USA, call Toll Free 888-843-2312 or local 607-843-2311 between the hours of 10am - 5pm EST Tuesday through Friday.

E-Mail Orders: For your Protection - Please DO NOT put any credit card information in e-mails. You can e-mail your order and phone your credit card information separately .

Mail In Orders: Please send your check, money order or credit card info along with your order to:
Russo's Tack Shack/Order Dept., 435 Hoben Rd., Oxford, N.Y. 13830. Please be sure to include your shipping and contact information. Please Do Not send cash.

Order Processing:
Orders received Sunday through Thursday generally ship within 48 hours. Orders received on Friday and Saturday generally ship the following Monday. Please double check your order fand shipping info to prevent confusion and delays in processing. Some items may be shipped from another location and therefore may not be shipped within the general time frame. We ship backorders as soon as possible. Please indicate in your order if you Do Not want out of stock items backordered.

Shipping Charges: Our preferred method of shipping is United Parcel Service (UPS). Please specify if you need special services such as Over-night or 2 Day; otherwise packages will ship via Ground Service. If you prefer an alternative shipping method we do our best to accommodate your request.
